THE STEAMING MUSIC |
Hi guys, I prevailed in getting these streaming computer tunes into my large audio rack.
The one question I have is when I sometimes watch the stream info go by it gives the date and then some computer talk that I have no idea what it is. So why not location also on this title stream?Yes I know enough to cross reference w/ the set list side but it would be much easier if it was there on that streaming title....LW

Sounds to me like you're discussing "That Which Shall Not Be Mentioned".
If so, I hope you'll take the ensuing rebukes in stride becase we all fear the removal of ALL music.
If not, I have no idea what you are referencing.

LARGE STEAMING RACKS OF MUSIC |
Kinda figured that would trip most of us up. I was going to ask to have a picture posted, but thought bettr of ti.

could be the first use of tuchas at this forum, Mazel Tov to you.
I am not completely clear on what you are trying to figure out. Did you download the shows or are you streaming them on your large rack (this could get ugly)?
If you downloaded the sbds then you won't get much help here. Back when the pulled the boards in 2005 (see the history thread) we initially could not even stream them let alone download, therefore there has been an unwritten agreement not to discuss downloading the boards as if you think stream only is bad, it is heaven compared nothing at all.
If you are streaming then i think it has to do with the way the tracks are loaded which is from the original shn/flac files which may or may not be tagged so you might only get stuff like gd740224.d1t6.vbr.mp3. I find when i stream shows through itunes, it some how connects to the metadata and i do see the song names etc. I don't think it happens every time though, so i am not complete sure how this works.

REPLY TO REPLY. TO clear things up I'am not taping ,recording or stealing anything.All i'm doing is instead of listening to a favorite band on tiny puter speakers I'm listening to favorite band on some large Klpschs'.
ALL should be ok w/ the world especially w/ all you dudes who went out and got the box set of songs and shows you've must of heard 80000 times.But I understand I've been watching these shows on hoarding..

a steaming pile of smoking MP3's
nailed a flac to my feet
and prayed for a better version
